To deliver precision cleaning using non-toxic, plant-based formulas — producing measurable results for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across North Carolina.
GEMS of NC was founded by Nanwadee Pochan, a Thai immigrant who pursued formal education in Nursing Science and brings a scientific, human-centered precision to every space she touches. She leads GEMS as Managing Member and CEO alongside her husband Joshua Reh, a former financial-services executive.
Together they built a sanitation business around a single principle: every clean must produce a number you can verify, not just a result you can hope for. That principle is the GEMS Health Score — a particle-count-based Sanitation Index measured before and after every visit, with a guaranteed floor of 85.
