Data Sharing & Messaging Policy

Applies To: All customers, subscribers, and users of GEMS of NC services and communications.

Section 1 — Data Sharing Policy

Green Earth Modern Sanitation, LLC ("GEMS of NC") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all customers and service subscribers. The following provisions govern how customer data is handled, stored, and shared.

1.1 No Third-Party Marketing Sharing

Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. GEMS of NC does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute customer information to external organizations for the purpose of advertising, solicitation, or third-party marketing campaigns.

1.2 Mobile Opt-In Data Exclusion

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with any party for any purpose. Any information-sharing provisions described elsewhere in this policy, or in any other GEMS of NC policy or agreement, explicitly exclude mobile opt-in data and consent records. This exclusion is absolute and without exception.

Section 2 — Messaging Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the Short Message Service (SMS) and text messaging program operated by Green Earth Modern Sanitation, LLC. By opting in to receive messages from GEMS of NC, the subscriber agrees to the terms outlined below.

2.1 Program Description

The GEMS of NC messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and communications promoting GEMS of NC products and services. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs and the nature of the subscriber's relationship with GEMS of NC.

2.2 Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which messages were received. Upon receipt of a STOP request, GEMS of NC will send a single confirmation message acknowledging the unsubscription. No further messages will be sent after confirmation. Subscribers who wish to rejoin the program may do so by signing up through the original enrollment method.

2.3 Assistance

Subscribers experiencing issues with the messaging program may reply with the keyword HELP for assistance. Additional support is available by contacting GEMS of NC directly at gemsofnc@gmail.com.

2.4 Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. GEMS of NC does not guarantee message delivery and is not responsible for failures caused by carrier networks, device incompatibility, or subscriber account restrictions.

2.5 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the subscriber's wireless carrier plan. Subscribers are responsible for any charges incurred from their carrier related to receiving or sending messages.

2.6 Privacy

Personal information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with this policy. GEMS of NC will not share, sell, or otherwise disclose subscriber information to third parties for marketing purposes, and will not share or disclose mobile opt-in data and consent records under any circumstances.
